     MY MISSION:
     To ease the frustrations of computer users and to provide instructions, information, programs, and services in an effective manner so that the average computer user may understand them, to supply these things in the easiest to understand ‘layman’s terms’ and least expensive manor available to fulfill the personal or business computer needs of my customers.

    I take pride in the fact that there are very few computer problems that I haven't been able to solve without the loss of a customer's personal data, and even fewer times that I have to recommend that anyone reformat their hard drive and reinstall windows.

      I also run a (non-profit) computer donation/recycling program that you can take advantage of! If you have an old computer(s) or parts collecting dust or taking up space?
      I will refurbish, and/or rebuild the computer(s) and/or use the parts to rebuild other computers and pass them along to someone that is on a limited income and cannot afford a new computer.
